Accessibility Statement

Last updated: May 26, 2026

1. Our commitment

Crowsnest Group LLC, the operator of Grailmate, is committed to making the Grailmate website and mobile application usable by people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time effort, and we welcome feedback that helps us improve.

2. Standard we target

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium. For the Grailmate iOS application, we follow Apple's Human Interface Guidelines for accessibility and use Apple's built-in accessibility frameworks (such as VoiceOver and Dynamic Type) so the app integrates with the accessibility settings users configure on their device.

The grailmate.app website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet the standard; known limitations are described in Section 5 below.

3. Measures we take

To support accessibility on the Grailmate website (grailmate.app), we:

5. Known limitations

We work to keep the Grailmate website and app accessible, but some limitations exist or may exist from time to time:

6. Feedback and contact

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on the Grailmate website or app, or if you have a suggestion for how we can improve, we want to hear from you. We treat accessibility reports as a priority and we aim to acknowledge them within five business days.

Accessibility contact: accessibility@grailmate.app

General support: support@grailmate.app

When you contact us, it helps if you can tell us where you encountered the barrier (the page URL or the part of the app), what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you were using.

7. Formal complaint

If you are not satisfied with our response to an accessibility report, you may also contact a disability-rights enforcement authority. In the United States, the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division publishes information about filing a complaint under the Americans with Disabilities Act at ada.gov/file-a-complaint.

8. Assessment approach

We evaluate the Grailmate website using a combination of:
